What Are Food Stamps?
Food Stamps are electronic benefits that can be used like cash to buy food at any store that has a sign displaying the Cardinal Card or the Quest sign. Food stamps are electronically added monthly to a debit card that can be issued once all qualifications are met.

The gov.'t will issue food stamps based on income and family size needs. You have to fill out forms and get approved. Then they give you a card like a credit card, you use it like a cc and paid for food that way. No booze or smokes can be bought with them. Or prepared food like deli chickens or hot foods in the deli.The limits can range from $5 to $1,000.
